• Cotton gauze

Our cotton muslin has been selected primarily for its softness, which improves over time, and its hygienic character, which is perfectly suited to the sensitive skin of our babies. Its transformation process is done according to the rules of the art: our cotton muslin is first dyed, before being washed and softened in a natural way.

• The cotton canvas

The cotton canvas we use is carefully selected for its robustness and longevity over time. A thick and extra strong yarn is used to make our canvas accessories, to ensure its solidity. It is a material which, in addition to being light, does not deteriorate over the washes.

• Cotton jersey

Cotton jersey is our brand new material specially designed for baby clothes. Being in constant contact with the skin, this time we have chosen to favor organic cotton with the GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) label. GOTS is the certificate of excellence affixed to organic cotton.

Jersey is a supple, soft and light material, perfect for making babies feel good, so that they are finally comfortable in their clothes.

• Dye

Dyeing and washing are two essential steps in our manufacturing process. All our accessories are softened and printed with respect for nature and the skin of the little ones.

Certifications

• Oeko-Tex certification

The health of our children as well as our environmental impact is a priority for us. This is why all our accessories have the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification. This certification guarantees that no harmful chemicals are used during production, that is to say from weaving to tailoring.

A guarantee of quality, the primary objective of this label is to offer accessories that respect the sensitive skin of our babies and respect the environment. Indeed, by refusing the use of harmful chemicals, we protect the marine environment from chemical spills in the oceans and we preserve the health of our children by not imposing on them textiles with chemical compounds.

• GOTS Certificate

This certification is affixed to all our cotton baby clothes. This label guarantees that the cotton used comes from organic farming. GOTS is the highest textile certification in the clothing world. It offers complete transparency and traceability while respecting strict social and ecological criteria at all stages of production.

This label thus ensures that our clothing does not contain any trace of pesticides, GMOs, fertilizers or hormones and allows control of water management.

Because for us the quality of our products is THE essential criterion, we stop at nothing. With us, no frills, we are generous in materials. We double the thicknesses of cotton canvas to ensure flawless resistance, we add fleece to give this more “cocooning” and more robust appearance. No stinginess on sizes, with our kits, you can finally store ALL baby products in the same place.

• Expert supplier

When selecting our suppliers, it was essential for us to work with specialists in children's textiles, who would be able to meet our requirements in terms of quality. It is in the heart of Portugal that we found a family workshop with the necessary know-how for our confection. A solid relationship of trust has been created between us in order to offer you the best accessories that can exist.

By creating this relationship, we are also committing to sustainable production where the short circuit is favored and where working conditions are respected. This is why the entire production process is done in Europe, and more precisely in a single region of Portugal.

• Manufacturing steps

The manufacturing process of our accessories is very simple. We transform the natural fiber of cotton into real textile material thanks to the weaving stage.

Once this step is complete, that is to say that the cotton has reached the perfect weight, this cotton material can be dyed, before being washed and softened in a natural way, without any product chemical.
